Currently she is the CEO and founder of TheHGFactor, providing advisory services & GTM strategy for life sciences. She is also the Fractional Industry GM for Vespa.ai. She previously served as Global CTO for Life Sciences at Snowflake and has held leadership roles at AWS, Sanofi, and Cognizant, where she led innovation across genomics, clinical informatics, and real-world evidence. She blends technical depth with industry insight, shaping go-to-market and AI solutions for pharma and was awarded the Gartner “Best Use of Emerging Technology in Life Sciences” for her AI-based RWE platform at Sanofi. Harini holds a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science Engineering. She is a member of the Forbes Technology Council.
